ok, so why is it that it keeps telling me invalid address? i know my spanish isnt that bad! is it!?!

when it asks for your personal info to download. it keeps telling me that my address is invalid and correct it.

i put in my actual mailing address, not one thats made up, and this is what it keeps saying.

"La dirección de correo que nos ha proporcionada no es una dirección de correo valida"

my spanish is a bit rusty but i think it says " the mailing address you provided us is not a valid mailing address". i know this is a user error issue so any insight would be great

I just tried it entering my own info and it worked fine.

Are you sure you're putting the right info in the appropriate fields?

on the people getting wrong addy just click on yes on the line right under ur info to confirm it thats all that is wrong
