I agree their browser needs some work.. I mean, it's good now but there is room for improvements.
Never really was a big fan of their "App Store". But, I believe once it becomes more mainstream like the iPhones App Store it'll become more useful.

The Browser is just fine with me, The software and app store work just fine as well, I have excelent Wi-FI and 3G with my Bold as well, what I need is the ability to watch streaming video on my phone, I have to carry a second phone just to do that and Yes, it is that important that I be able to review Streaming newscast videos.

The browser on the BlackBerry is terrible! So slow it's pitiful. I use Bolt and Opera Mini as an alternative, but I only wish I could make either one of them the default browser.
